World of Warcraft Item Upgrade and Set Bonuses
The item upgrade is an enchantment which increases the base stats of specific armor or weapons. This includes secondary stats such as Leech or Speed.
A special item for evolution that allows Porygon to transform into Porygon2. This item can be found at Pokestops or Gyms.
Universal upgrades are able to be used on any kind of equipment and offer fewer benefits than other equipment-type components. specific to the equipment type.
Leveling
Upgrades allow players to upgrade their items by increasing their levels. The item's "guaranteed bonuses" are also enhanced with the increase in level. Every level increase increases the stats on the item by +1 and also adds an additional bonus based on the tier of the item. These extras could range from a +1 to +3 bonus, or random buffs or debuffs.
Each item is limited to a certain amount of upgrades. After an upgrade, the item can still be upgraded to a better-quality product with the same or greater worth.
This system is useful for those who want to acquire equipment with a certain level of stats prior to acquiring a new item. Transfer systems allow players to not waste upgrade material and is easy to use.
Upgrade materials are gathered as players clear their content and are used to improve or replace an item. Every item requires a specific type of upgrade material. Weapons require Destruction stones, while armor items require Guardian or Harmony Leapstones. These materials are renamed after the item is upgraded, for example Stone Fragments become Stones and Harmony Shards become Life Shards.
It is essential to upgrade items to boost a character's performance. However it is equally important to think about how much it will cost. Each time an item is upgraded, it will cost an amount of gold which could be better spent on an entirely new piece of equipment. This is why it's best to upgrade the most crucial items in any given scenario.
This usually means that you first upgrade the weapon followed by the legs and chest before the helm. If the player can afford it then upgrading trinkets should be considered at this point to increase their potential to trigger. For instance, a top-of-the-line Throne of Thunder trinket may be worth upgrading due to the more damage that its procs can bring. However, certain trinkets are not worth upgrading unless they can provide significant improvements in a particular build. This is especially applicable to breakpoint gear that is used to boost stats such as IAS or FHR.
Rerolling
Rerolling is a mechanic that lets players alter the stats of the weapon, armor, or ring, depending on the kind. It can be used to replace bonuses or to create new ones. It can also change the power base of the item.
While rerolling can be a good way to boost your power in the initial phases of the game, it's not an essential element of the game. Once you've reached the level 6 upgrade goal, it is usually better to reroll and search for the most powerful upgrades or save up cash for the next set of items. This will allow you to have an effective team by the time you get to your level 9 upgrade goal.
The rerolling process is similar to the system of leveling up. Reroll tokens can be used to remove any one Level Up option from your item and then exchange it for another. Reroll tokens unlike Level Up do not reset the level of an item. This means that in the event that you reroll an upgraded item, it won't be at the same level, and will not be able to benefit from the bonus.
Players can also use an additional mechanic, Eliminate, to eliminate any level Up option they have on their equipment or weapons. This is helpful if you've got a bad gacha or want to roll an item that has five stars. You'll need to create your own account or sign up using social media.
In the same way, there is an Occultist in every town which can be visited to alter a weapon or armor's Aspects and/or stats. This is useful if have a five-star epic unit that you would like to improve or an elite four-star player you're struggling with.
Rerolling tokens can be obtained by completing specific quests. These can be bought from the Occultist at 300 gold or in holozons dropped by certain dungeons. You can reroll any armor, weapon or ring by moving the icon on the page of your unit and locking the lock to the desired slot.
Sets
A set is a collection of things that share some similarity. You will use sets on a regular basis like a dozen eggs or a set of friends. They are helpful for organizing things and using operations like intersection, union and difference to manage them efficiently. Sets can be used in many ways, including arranging music on a list of play lists or classifying students based on their grades.
In Nioh the game, Sets are used to provide special effects when players wear pieces from a particular armor set. These bonuses are referred to as Set Bonuses, and they are superior to Effects. While it isn't explained why the armor sets have to be worn together to generate these additional effects, they are a nice way to change things up when playing the game. The armor sets with Set Bonuses can be found in many locations in Hyrule like the Dark Moon Temple and Twilight Temple.
Each piece of equipment in the Set comes with a variety of Set Bonuses that are associated with it. You can determine which ones are available by hovering over the item and examining the tooltip near the bottom. The Set Bonuses will be displayed in the form of a red box.
Certain of these Set Bonuses are only available to a specific piece of equipment. For instance, if purchase the full Phantom Armor set you will receive +8 defense (compared to the normal +3 defense offered by the majority of gear). Some sets can only be obtained by completing certain tasks or buying them from the Auction House.
It is also possible to obtain Set Bonuses on multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously. For example, if you have the complete Kestra's Descent set and the parts that match from the Twinblade of Shadow you will get the + version of the bonus set when you be able to match it.
Set Bonuses remain the same, even if the equipment to which they are attached increases in level. If an item is exemplarized too low, then the set bonus won't work.
Set bonuses
Set bonuses are special effects that are available on a set of gear that grants a bonus in combat. They grant a specific percentage of a specific attribute, such as damage to weapons, defenses or resistances. They do not stack however, and only one of them will be active at any time. The amount of an attribute is determined by the amount of pieces in the set. For example, you can have four weapons and three chests but only one of them will be beneficial.
They typically increase the primary stat, however, certain bonuses boost secondary stats as well. Defence bonuses boost three defensive positions and two defense types as an example the full five-piece set of Hundings Rage will add up to a total of around 400 defence in your equipment. This is a significant increase in your gear, specifically as a melee character.
This is an excellent feature, and is among the most popular features in the game. There are currently only a handful of sets of gear come with set bonuses. They are only available on the Test Realm. However, the number of set bonuses is expected to increase when the update is out. The bonus will be added to the 7 school specific Dragoons gear, as an example.
While Set Bonuses cannot stack within the same set, they can stack between different sets. This is great for those who wish to utilize the most efficient combination of sets. However, it requires a bit of planning. Since item upgrades bonuses only affect the shell of a piece of equipment (not the armoring, mod or the enhancement) It is important to be cautious about where you place them.
It is important to remember that the value of the bonus of a set will not change even if your exemplar is higher than three levels below the minimum required for an Enhancement. Purple (Very Rare) Sets PvP sets, sets for PvP and Archetype Origin sets are exempt from this restriction and their set bonuses work regardless of the degree of exemplars for an item.
